How does the one NPR invoice work?
Your platform plan and every service DomainGorkha provisions for you — domains, business-email seats, hosting, cloud, software subscriptions — are billed together on a single invoice from DomainGorkha, in Nepali rupees. One line per service, instead of separate foreign-currency bills from each vendor.
How are provisioned services priced?
We source them at partner and reseller rates, which vary by vendor, seat count, and term — so we don't publish a static price list. You tell us what you need, we quote the real figure at partner rates, and nothing is provisioned until you approve it. Platform plan prices are the ones shown on the plan cards above.
Do I have to buy services to use the platform?
No. The plans above stand on their own — website builder, CRM, forms, newsletters, and knowledge base included. Provisioned services are optional add-ons you can bring in one at a time, whenever it makes sense.
Can I cancel or change my plan any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your workspace billing settings — checkout and self-service management are handled securely. A cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your workspace then moves to the Free plan.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
The app tells you exactly which limit you've hit — sites, domains, members, storage, knowledge sources, forms, or subscribers — and you can upgrade in a couple of clicks from billing settings.
