Terms of service

The agreement between you and DomainGorkha when you create an account, build a website or buy a service through us.

Last updated 12 October 2026

In short

  • Your content is yours. You give us only the permission we need to host and show it.
  • Paid plans run for the period you paid for and can be cancelled at any time. They are not charged again without a payment from you.
  • You are responsible for what you publish, including text and pictures the AI produced for you.
  • Services we arrange from other vendors, such as domains and business email, also follow those vendors' terms.

This summary is here to help. Where it and the full text below differ, the full text applies.

01Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and DomainGorkha, the operator of the platform at domaingorkha.com. By creating an account, or by using a website or service we have set up for you, you accept them, together with the Privacy policy, the Acceptable use policy and the Refund policy.

If you use DomainGorkha for a company or an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it, and "you" means that organisation as well.

02Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
  • Give accurate details and keep them up to date. An account may be registered with an email address or a Nepali mobile number.
  • Keep your password and one-time codes to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
  • Tell us at once if you think someone else has got into it.

A workspace belongs to its owner. The owner decides who else is invited and what they may do, and is responsible for what those members do in it.

03What we provide

DomainGorkha provides a website builder and the hosting for sites built with it, along with forms, a contact list, newsletters and related business tools. We also arrange services from other vendors on your behalf, including domain names, business email, cloud services and software subscriptions.

The features available to you depend on your plan. We improve the service continually, which means features change: we may add, alter or retire one. If we retire something you are paying for, we will give reasonable notice.

04Websites built for you

Sometimes our team builds a website for a business before that business has an account, and offers it for an agreed price. If you accept, an account is created for you, or the website is added to the account you already have, and the workspace becomes yours.

The price agreed covers the plan named in the offer for its first year. The website opens to you once that amount has been paid, either online or by another method we have confirmed with you. Until then it remains ours and may be withdrawn.

05Plans, prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Nepali rupees unless stated otherwise, and include or exclude tax as shown at checkout.
  • A paid plan starts when your payment is confirmed and runs for the period you paid for.
  • Payments made by wallet, bank QR or bank transfer are one-off: the plan is not charged again by itself. We remind you before it ends, and it continues only if you pay for another period.
  • If you pay by card on a recurring plan, it renews for the same period at the price then current until you cancel.
  • If a plan ends and is not renewed, the workspace moves to the free plan. Features above the free plan's limits stop working, and a published site on a paid-only feature may go offline.
  • We may change prices. A change applies from your next period, never to one you have already paid for, and we will tell you beforehand.

You may cancel a plan at any time from your billing settings. It stays active until the end of the period paid for. Refunds are covered by the Refund policy.

06AI credits and usage limits

Building and rewriting with AI uses credits. Each plan includes an allowance, and more may be bought where offered. Credits are used as the work is done and cannot be returned once used. Unused credits included with a plan do not carry over when the period ends unless the plan says so.

Plans also set limits on things such as the number of sites, storage and messages sent. We may slow or pause an activity that goes well beyond normal use or that puts the platform at risk.

07Your content

You keep every right you have in what you upload and create: your text, pictures, logos, videos, documents and customer lists.

You give us permission to store, copy, adapt and display that content, and to pass it to the providers that help run the platform, only as far as is needed to provide the service to you. That includes resizing pictures, sending material to AI providers to build your pages, and showing your published site to the public. The permission ends when the content is deleted, apart from copies held briefly in backups.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you put on the platform, including any photograph of a person and any logo or text taken from elsewhere.

08AI-generated content

The builder produces text, layouts and pictures from what you give it. Between you and us, what it produces for your site is yours to use.

  • It can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check facts, prices, opening hours, qualifications and claims before you publish.
  • It is not professional advice. Content for a regulated field, such as law, medicine or finance, needs review by someone qualified.
  • Similar output may be produced for other customers, and we do not promise that any output is unique or free of others' rights.
  • Stock photographs placed on your site come from a third-party library under its licence. You may replace them with your own at any time.

You are the publisher of your website and are responsible for everything on it.

09Domains, email and other vendors' services

When we register a domain or set up business email, cloud or another vendor's service for you, we act as your reseller. The vendor's own terms apply to that service alongside these, and we pass on the vendor's limits and conditions.

  • A domain is registered in your name where the registry allows. Registration is for a fixed term and must be renewed to be kept; a lapsed domain can be lost.
  • Domain names are subject to registry rules, including rules on disputes and on which names may be registered.
  • You are responsible for the DNS records you set and for the content sent from email accounts in your name.
  • Fees for these services are set by reference to the vendor's price and are generally not refundable once the service is provisioned.

10Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Acceptable use policy. In short: nothing unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing, no unsolicited bulk messages, and no attempts to break or overload the platform.

11Our platform

The DomainGorkha software, design, name and logo are ours or our licensors'. These terms give you the right to use the service, not ownership of it. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the platform, except where the law gives you that right regardless.

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

12Suspension and closing an account

You may close your account at any time by writing to us.

We may suspend a site or an account, or remove content, where we reasonably believe these terms or the Acceptable use policy have been broken, where the law requires it, where an account puts the platform or other people at risk, or where an amount due has not been paid. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you the chance to put it right.

When an account is closed, your sites are taken offline and your content is deleted as the Privacy policy describes. Save a copy of anything you want to keep beforehand.

13Availability and support

We work to keep the platform and your websites available at all times, but we do not promise that the service will never be interrupted. Maintenance, faults at our providers and events outside our control can cause downtime. We keep backups for our own recovery; keep your own copies of anything important.

Support is given by email during working hours in Nepal.

14Disclaimers

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those set out in these terms, including any warranty that the service will meet a particular purpose, that a website will reach a particular ranking or number of customers, or that AI output is correct.

15Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost business, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16Your responsibility to us

If someone brings a claim against us because of content you published, a message you sent, or a breach of these terms by you or by members of your workspace, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses we incur as a result.

17Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. For a change that reduces your rights, we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, you may close your account.

18Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If something goes wrong, write to us first and we will try to resolve it with you. A dispute that cannot be settled that way is for the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

If part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not mean we give it up.
